How to Log In to Your Account

Signing in only takes four steps once you have your account details ready.

  1. Open the Login Page

Confirm your browser shows the correct domain, adultfriendfinders.ca.

  2. Enter Your Username

Use the Username on your account, not your email or Profile introduction title.

  3. Enter Your Password

Passwords may be case-sensitive, so check Caps Lock and avoid extra spaces.

  4. Select Login

Choose Login once both fields are filled in and wait for confirmation.

Use the Login Method Connected to Your Account

Adult Friend Finder recognizes a few different pieces of account information. Only one of them is an actual login credential.

Username

The account name you enter in the Login form above. This is the credential checked against your password.

Account Email

Used for account notices, billing receipts and recovery messages. It may not be accepted in the Username field.

Profile Introduction Title

The headline shown on your public Profile to other members. It has no connection to your login credentials.

Changed Username

If you have changed your Username, use the current version to sign in. The previous one will no longer work.

Forgot Your Username or Password?

Account recovery starts with the email address connected to your account, not your Username. Select Forgot Login, enter that email address below, and submit the request.

If the address matches an account, a message will arrive with a secure link or code for setting a new password. Open it on the device you normally sign in from and follow the instructions to finish resetting your password.

Recover Your Login

For your security, this page will not confirm whether a specific Username or email address has an account.

When the Reset Message Does Not Arrive

If a recovery message does not show up within a few minutes, work through the following before requesting another one.

  • Check the email address was typed correctly, with no extra spaces.
  • Look in Spam and Promotions folders, not just the main inbox.
  • Search your inbox for Adult Friend Finder rather than scrolling manually.
  • Confirm you are checking the email used at registration.
  • Let the current request finish before asking for a replacement.
  • Contact Support if the registered email is no longer accessible.

Why Your Login May Not Be Working

A sign-in attempt can fail for a few different reasons. These are the most common ones.

Incorrect Username or Password

Check spelling, capitalization and saved browser credentials.

Password Is Case-Sensitive

Confirm Caps Lock is off and check mobile keyboard capitalization.

Old Username

If you changed your Username, sign in with the current one.

Old Password

After a password reset, use the new password, not the old one.

Browser Auto-Fill Error

Clear a saved credential that belongs to a different account.

Account Status Notice

Follow any on-screen account notice, or contact Support for detail.

Expired Recovery Link

Recovery links don't stay valid indefinitely. Request a new one.

Temporary Service Problem

Reload the page and try again; contact Support if it continues.

When a sign-in attempt fails, this page shows a neutral message: "Your username or password was incorrect." It will not confirm which field was wrong or whether an account exists for the details entered.

Solve Browser and Device Login Problems

Some login problems come from the browser or device rather than the account itself.

  • Reload the page and confirm the address bar shows adultfriendfinders.ca.
  • Update your browser to the current version.
  • Allow the cookies required to keep a session signed in.
  • Clear site data if an old cookie causes a repeated sign-out.
  • Try a private window to see whether an extension is the cause.
  • Switch to a current version of Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
  • Check your network connection on mobile data or public Wi-Fi.
  • Remove extra spaces a mobile keyboard may have added.

Clearing cookies usually signs you out and may remove saved preferences, so save any unfinished work first. See the Help Centre for further support.

Protect Your Account When Signing In

A few habits keep your Adult Friend Finder login more secure.

  • Use a password you do not reuse elsewhere.
  • Keep your Username and password private, even from people you trust.
  • Never share a password-reset link or code, even with someone claiming to be Support.
  • Check the address bar reads adultfriendfinders.ca before entering your password.
  • Sign out fully on a shared or public computer.
  • Avoid saving your password in a browser on a shared device.
  • Keep your browser and device software up to date.
  • Report any message asking for your password or a verification code.

Adult Friend Finder will not email members asking them to send their Username and password. Treat a message like that as suspicious and report it through Safety.

Still Unable to Sign In?

Contact Account Support directly if the steps above have not solved it. The secure Contact Support option inside your account routes a message to the right team automatically. If you are not signed in, reach the team by email instead.

A useful support request includes:

  • Your current or previous Username
  • The email address on the account
  • Device, browser and version
  • The exact error message shown
  • Approximate date and time
  • A screenshot with passwords and codes removed

Do not send your password, a password-reset code, a full card number or banking details in a support message.

New to Adult Friend Finder?

Signing in is only for members who already have an account. If you don't have one yet, complete registration first.

Common Questions

Adult Friend Finder Login FAQ

The standard sign-in form uses your account Username, not your email address. Your email is mainly used for account notices and recovery, and it may not be accepted in the Username field.

Your Username appears throughout your account once you are signed in, including on your own Profile. If you can't remember it, use the recovery option above with your account email.

Select Forgot Login, enter the email address on your account, and submit the request. Open the message sent to that address and follow the link or code inside it to set a new password.

Check Spam and Promotions folders first, confirm you used the email on file, and make sure no earlier request is still pending. Contact Account Support if the registered email is no longer accessible.

Google Login is not currently offered on this sign-in page. Use your Adult Friend Finder Username and password instead.

This usually points to a cookie or session problem, an outdated browser cache, or blocked site data rather than one single cause. Clearing site data and reloading the page resolves most cases.

Use the sign-out option in your account menu before leaving the device, and avoid letting a shared browser save your password.

Use the secure Contact Support option inside your account, or email support@adultfriendfinders.ca if you are not signed in.

Return to Your Account

Use your current Username and password to sign in. If you can't access the account, start with the recovery option above rather than creating a duplicate Profile.
